Field of Children : Family Poetry

Look at all the children there,

Standing as one eyse filled with tears,

Sick and tired of grown up stuff,

always off to work and little love,

Seems they just dont understand,

Work, work, work, Dad and Mom gone again,

When is is family time,

Dinner at seven bed at nine,

Life should not be so unfair,

No kiss goodnight, guess they dont care,

Kids raising kids something wrong,

Is it too hard to change whats going on,

They screem for attention often being bad,

wondering if you love them with hearts that our sad,

A field of children drowning in a field of tears,

Just needing some love, a hug and someone to care...

Go give your child what they need,

They need your love everyday of the week..
