I lost my faith this Halloween and allowed the Demons to take control,
They gathered in close to me and I felt their breathe and sniffing from more then one nose,
In my selfish ways I blamed God for all my troubles and the position I was in,
Holidays just on the Horizon and here I am broke again,
I've tried to think about how to explain it to my kids, but instead I bury my worries and keep them nicely hid,
I look up to the pale blue sky above, I blame our father for I feel I am not loved,
"Father, Father", where are you when I need you? Was it something that I said or Something I did'nt do?
That night is when I opened my heart to evil, I became so weak I was ready to deal,
As the beasts circled me my skin felt as if it were ready to boil, beneath my feet I felt ashes replace the once healthy soil,
The trees shivvered with fear and shed their leaves, the moon hid from sight and started to grieve,
Another soul lost to the depths far below, tears from the rain clouds fell out of control,
Lightning pierced the heavens above wilst souls trapped in between worlds screamed for God to show signs of love,
But there was nothing, no miracle, no Angels, No song, see God does'nt interfere as he gives us choices of our own,
So the Halloween spirits, wolves, Goblins and withches tore at my skin till their was no hope for stitches,
My soul chained and captured for eternity from my very own selfish reality,
Chains clanking,
Screams of terror and pain,
Voices asking for forgiveness,
Splattered red and stained,
Here I hang with my hands nailed to the cross,
Pinned for all to see as Satan uses my Intestines to floss,
"Lord", Please Lord, watch over my kids for me as they are my everything, I know this you've seen,
I have forsaken them, I have left them to live life alone,
I am not perfect, but I do love them as they have always known,
"Crack", from above the sounds of thunder,
Angels filled the skies of hell while demons starred and wondered,
Angels in Hell, this just cant be,
Surrounded,
Pulled lifeless from the cross,
My feet washed,
Voices,
"We were sent by the Boss",
Mercy,
Forgiveness,
Another Chance,
Faith still within,
"Thank you Lord", I wont let it happen again....
The Angels then rose lifting me up from the depths of hell,
They healed my wounds adn saved me from Evils Well,
When in need, prayer is the answer,
When in need, faith is your savior,
When in need, God takes care of all his children...
