Once upon a time she wore a smile,
Her life was like others and she had so much style,
A gift taken for granted to show her pearly whites,
The joy of her smile was such a delight,
But what was, was soon to be lost,
Her ex husband knocked out her teeth and life suffered the cost,
SO from a once beaming grin from ear to ear,
now she covers and cloaks it so nobody stares,
Afraid to meet new friends for fear of whats said,
or afraid of whats not said just whats in their head,
With the cost of the dentist who wants an arm and a leg,
Id grovel and crawl and for her I would beg,
To make her smile like it once was years ago,
SO I can feel her Joy which her smile would show.....
