Broken
Broken down to the point of never being the same,
It drives me insane,
This unbearable pain.
Inside my head this hell is real,
But no one could ever know how I feel.
I take no comfort in hurting the ones I love,
When this happens its like I'm watching from above.
The bloody scenes that flash inside my head,
They are like silent pictures in color and blood red.
I'm hurting those who help me with this empty shell of a life,
It's not on purpose I love them and wish I could take the strife.
I feel like those around me would be better off if I was no longer here,
Maybe some of their pain would be replaced by cheer.
I feel like I have robbed them of any hope they had,
My Kids, My Wife, My Mom, and My Dad.
