Time Tells All : Relationship Poetry

Surely time will always tell all

Will leave you nothing to hide

Your tales could be short or tall

Time is not always on your side.

No need for all the yells and shouts

Life can be just a silly travesty

Baring all your fears and doubts

Can you face them with honesty.

We have it made or so it seems

We've gotten by without a fuss

But then all our secret dreams

Are all revealed in spite of us.

You give some lamenting cries

You stutter, stammer and stall

Tell one of those little white lies

But then remember, time tells all. . . . .
