It was a Day, just like any other day

When time seems to move so slow

I went downtown, happy as a clown

Gonna see a movie picture show.

Met a lady there, blue eyes and golden hair

In her eyes I thought I saw a spark

Didn't know what to say, thought of love and play

Cause I thought I saw her heart.

When she looked at me

Is her love for me

Now my lonely haunted heart

Sees a brand new start

She sat next to me and my heart skipped a beat

As the credits began to roll

Like every movie plot, she did steal my heart

By the final curtain of the show.

That movie picture show, is now a lonely place

She left me sitting in the dark

I was to blind to see, she was not for me
