We journey our way to land of the west,
With nothing but swords and shields,
But alas there are the gods,
Who power these weapons we wield,
The call of Odin sends us to war,
Sends us from Sjælland to Sweden ,
From the furthest corner of the earth,
We need the gods to lead them,
Our men who fight braveley for the land,
And to protect our sacred crops,
The fertile plants and trees that grow there,
We'll make the bodies drop,
So off we go to defend the name,
of Odin and the others,
Put up the sails, look at to sea,
Remember our spirit my brothers...
