she acts so strong
but inside shes crumbling
tired of the homelife
and the outside is worse
thats where she has to lie
and act as though she isn't hurt
but the truth is people treat her like dirt
stepped on and spat at
she moves cat like
motives unknown to the grown
but no one knows
the true pain that constantly grows
i met her before the day after yesterday
so young and alone
ever since that day
she's been missing
people ask why
people suggests that she dies
that's because they don't know
and will never understand
that battered little girl
how would i know this pain
how is the depth so real
because that little began to raise me
that little girl is actually
me....
