Feet tapping the rythms of life
either dragging along and dancing
just as in old age versus youth
some even prance like in wild horses
(by the way: beware of the hoofs, kicking air or you)
Feet dancing the divine Tango speak the loudest
those who drag along have a more gruesome tale to tell
the prancers may lose out to the draggers as to experiences
after all sufferings last the longest and dig the deepest
those holes in your soul are ripped open, step by step
drag one foot, remember what tied it down
drag the other one, don't forget what ripped it open
drag the first foot once again, remember, remember
drag the second foot once again, don't forget your life
Those dragging feet hurt the most
that's why they speak the loudest and never lie
