Berserk, yes, berserk in everything
how empowered by rage one is
how utterly aflame
all my balloons in the air at once
they soar on venom
then one small prick and they collapse
this feeling of flatness, of being declawed
how absurd, what an anticlimax
simmering I watch my nails grow back
