Love embedded in laments
maybe even drowned in tears
how sad that is, how against its purpose
happiness evicted as a dethroned king
knocking at the closed door of its castle
so very hurtful to the faithful heart of the citizens
wandering the empty streets of abandoned cities
formerly the realm of happiness
So very vulnerable, so easily lost
