Banquet Of Blessings : Creative Writing

While we are here on earth we are wrapped up in life .

We give and receive , we doubt and believe .

We either accept the way it is or struggle with all we have to carry .

 As often as possible I like to write about what is going on .

In the process of my thinking I have discovered that God is there .

If I did not include God in my writing I might expect scraps instead of a banquet when it comes to blessings on my work .

 

A Banquet Of Blessings

An open invitation .
there's a banquet of blessings coming soon .

Wrapped up in life as it seems   .

Place –

Here and now.
Somewhere far beyond your expectations .

Unlocked reality within your dreams  .

There'll be a God spread of gifts laid out for you .
If you have time to share it  with me .

Will you be there .



Many mouths will be watering .
Even some teeth gnashing .
Weeping and glee .

Save for the few who care .

There'll be fancy words mixed with truth .

There'll be blame and shame and plastic people

Who will all stand in line .

But you'll be welcome at the banquet .

because I'll know you by the words

you've said and I  know

you're mine .

The time will come very soon .
You are invited .

Don't stand in line with all the rest ,
just come alone.

 

On last thing to remember .

Life is a brief moment of time .
and its something you don't ever own .

 

 

 So if we want to receive all the blessings today , we must ask ourselves also what requirements does God ask of us in order that we may attend this banquet ?

 

I think we must empty our hearts and minds from selfish and corrupt things  so that we can have hearts and minds able to receive inspiration  .

We need to surrender to an acceptance of his love in our lives , so we are tools that God can use in the things we write how we are able to move others .

If we are able to show that we are  true believers then others may also realize in themselves this acceptance and change how they think so that they can create by the power of God in their lives .

 

So then if Gods presence is alive within our work we are truly blessed .

 

As long as there are people who can give and receive then God is able to speak in this world through their hearts and minds and those who are alive in Gods love .

 

Some minds and heart's are closed to this love and their heart's are filled with bitterness instead of blessing .

Their banquet has not come .

They are starved of God's love but God can and will invite them to change .

 

In the world we live many people are  unable to accept that invitation .

There are conditions and the invitation only lasts for a brief time .

God is not going to continuously call and invite people who refuse to answer .

Many are called but few aew chosen .

 

Gods call goes out through all the ages and during the time he has called Gods love has changed this world in ways seen and unseen .

 

Good hearts that are kind and minds that are filled with inspiration are key holders to Gods vault that holds treasures money cannot buy .

 

The world where we live can keep writers prisoners of self but  Gods love can free those hearts in chains . Without Gods presence in what we do we do not hold the key to the doors that keep us out .

 

If our hearts and minds are closed to God then he cannot find a home  in what we do .

 

We need hearts of acceptance  .

Heart Of Acceptance

Some have a heart of gold .
Other a heart so cold .
Some have a heart that's bold,
Others a heart to hold .

A good hearts kind and true .
A young heart breaks in two .
Some hearts will never change .
Some hearts are kept in chains .

A heart that's genuine .
A heart that beats in time .
A warm and friendly heart,
knows love right from the start .

A heart so light it sails .
A heart as hard as nails .
A heart in peaceful bliss .
Accepts the way it is .

 

 

 

 

Hearts that are genuine about life are warm and friendly because they know who they are and what place God in their life .

 

They have found a home in their lives for the love of God who has lifted them above the troubles of this world  . They have found a banquet of blessing .

 

Writers must make that connection between the what they are doing and with everything they do so that they will receive the knowledge to counsel and even correct people who may find themselves sinking in despair .

With Gods love we can sail through the storms of life  .

Our lives have to be in harmony with this world and with God .

So if we can accept the way it is then there is no question about attending heavens banquet .

Look for an invitation its coming your way .
