within and away

I meet you,
I knew you,
I was with you,
And you where within me,

But little did I know,
But with out a thought,
But with out a clue,
And you where away,

And still you are here,
With in my heart,

And still you are gone,
Away from me,

You where my friend,
You where my heart,
You where my soul,
And you are within me,

But in the blink of an eye,
But in a twist of fait,
But with out worning,
And you are far away,

And still you linger,
Within my mind,

And still you are far,
Away from my sight,

You are my hope,
You are my dreams,
You are my blessings,
And you are still within me,

But my will is gone,
But my heart has left,
But I am still empty,
And you are still away,

And still I pray,
Within my hope,

And still you sent me,
Away from you,

But you will always be within,
And yet away,
From me till time comes
